February 13, 2020
Q: How long have you been involved in basketball?
A: I have played at home since I was 6, but I did not play on a team officially until 7th grade. Well I did play lil dribbler in second grade, but sat the bench the entire season so I don’t think that counts.
Q: Why do you like basketball so much?
A: I grew up watching my big brother play. My dad would help him with his shot and ball handling and I would try my best to get the basketball to touch the rim.
Q: Who do you look up to the most?
A: Both my parents have characteristics that I admire and aspire to have when I get older.
Q: What are your plans after high school?
A: I am going to ACU and I will be majoring in Biomedical science.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not playing basketball?
A: When I relaxing at home I love to listen to music and read a good book.
Q:Do you ever just hate practicing for basketball?
A: Never hate, but conditioning for basketball is no joke.
Q: What is something you would like to tell younger athletes or students who look up to you as a role model?
A: Don’t look at someone else and wish you were as good as them, instead focus on your game and enhance it.
