Q: What are some goals through sports you plan to strive for this year?

A: Run 3.1 miles in 16 min 45 sec. 

Q: Why do you like to play sports so much?

A: I love the competition in any sports,

Q: Who do you look up to most?

A: Coach Cooper. He was a great runner.

Q: What are your plans after high school?

A: Special Forces in the Navy.

Q: What do you like to do when you’re not playing football or running cross-country?

A: I love to fish and work with my heifer.

Q: Do you ever just hate practicing for sports?

A:  Only when it’s extremely hot.  

Q: What is something you would like to tell younger Athletes, or students who look up to you as a role model?

A: Go full speed in whatever you do. Set goals that will challenge yourself. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. YOLO.
