Winner winner, chicken dinner! If you weren’t watching the Oscars on Sunday night, what were you doing? Something not important, I guarantee. Last night was a night for not only winners and losers, but also for important social reform. From Frances McDormand demanding respect for all female nominations, to the first female cinematography nomination, many stars stated their opinions on these hot pop culture topics.

For the most part I think the Academy made some good choices this year and i can’t wait for the next go ‘round. Was I wrong? Sometimes. But the important thing was that I was right.
